1 lb ground beef 3 Tbsp diced onion 1/8 cup diced green pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 8 oz can tomato soup 1 cup water 1/4 cup grated cheese 1 tin refrigerated bisquits DIRECTIONS Brown the meat, onion and green pepper in a skillet. Drain off grease. Add the tomato soup plus the water. Simmer until well heated. Stir in the seasonings and set aside to cool. Press the tin bisquits into the holes of a greased muffin pan to form cups. Fill eat bisquit cup about 3/4 full with the meat mixture. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. HAVE FUN! |
