1/2 cup light corn syrup 1/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy) 2 quarts popped porcorn DIRECTIONS Mix the corn syrup and sugar together in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in the peanut butter until smooth. Immediately pour over the popped popcorn and stir until evenly coated. Grease hands and shape into 8 (2 1/2") balls. Set out on waxed paper to cool. HAVE FUN! |
