29 oz can pumpkin 1 cup milk 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon cloves 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1 box yellow cake mix 3/4 cup chopped nuts 6 oz margarine DIRECTIONS Mix the pumpkin, eggs, milk, sugar and spices in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle cake mix over the pumpkin mixture. Melt the oleo and drizzle this over the cake mix. Top with pecans and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. HAVE FUN! |
