1 pkg. frozen parker-house rolls (2 dozen) 1 small pkg. butterscotch pudding mix 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup melted margarine 3/4 cup pecans candied cherries to decorate (optional) DIRECTIONS 1. Grease a bundt pan. Put the pecans and cherries in the bottom of the pan. Place frozen rolls over the pecans (don't defrost!). 2. Sprinkle the pudding mix and the brown sugar over the rolls. Drizzle the melted margarine over the top. Cover with waxed paper and a towel. Let stand overnight, or at least 8 hours. 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and then invert onto a serving platter. ENJOY! |
