It's the vernal equinox - the time of year that symbolizes the change to spring. With the sun positioned right over the equator, the day and night are about equal in length around the world. (Equinox means "equal night".) From now until September, there will be longer and warmer days in the Northern Hemisphere, so.... Spring has sprung! |
