16oz. cream cheese, softened 8 1/2oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained 2 cups chopped pecans 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped 2 Tablespoons green onion, chopped DIRECTIONS 1. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl only 1/2 the nuts. 2. Shape into a ball and roll in the rest of the nuts (use a cookie sheet or waxed paper). 3. Cover in plastic wrap or foil. Chill overnight and serve with your favorite crackers. ENJOY! |
