1 lb spaghetti 1/2 cup olive oil 4 cloves garlic 1 Tablespoon dried parsley salt and pepper DIRECTIONS 1. Cook the spaghetti following the directions on the package. 2. While the spaghetti is cooking, heat the olive oil in a small pan. Slice the garlic and add to the oil. Cook until the garlic is a golden color but not browned. Remove the pan from the heat. 3. Stir the parsley and a dash of salt and pepper into the garlic oil. Drain the spaghetti saving 1/2 cup of the water. Stir in the oil to coat the spaghetti. If the spaghetti is too dry, add the water you saved. ENJOY! |
