1 cup chopped nuts 1 Tablespoon carob powder 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon honey DIRECTIONS 1. Put the nuts, carob powder and vanilla in a blender or food processor. Blend into a powder. 2. Add the honey and blen to make a stiff paste. OR dump the powder into a bowl and blend in the honey by hand. 3. Press the mixture into a small pan or onto a plate - about 1/2" thick. Chill in the refrigerator to harden. Cut into squares ENJOY! |
