TURKEY SAUSAGE KABOBS
INGREDIENTS

12 (6-inch) skewers
1/2 red onion
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1 lb. smoked turkey sausage
3 ears corn on the cob
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing



DIRECTIONS

1. Cut the onion into 12 small wedges. Cut the peppers and sausage into 12 pieces each. Cook the corn on the cob, then cut each ear into 4 pieces. You now have 12 pieces of each ingredient.

2. Take a skewer and stack the ingredients in this order: onion, red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper, sausage and corn. Repeat with the rest of the skewers to make the kabobs.

3. Lay the kabobs in a cake pan or any convenient container. Brush each one with Italian dressing, then pour the remainder over the top. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

4. Broil or grill 6" from heat for 8-10 minutes (or until heated through). Baste with the Italian dressing and turn frequently.
