1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/4 cup orange marmalade 2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 3 medium peaches (cut into wedges) 2 cups fresh blueberries 2 cups cubed, smoked turkey DIRECTIONS 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonaisse, yogurt, marmalade, lemon juice and pepper. 2. Add the peaches, blueberries and turkey. Toss to mix until well coated. 3. Serve on lettuce leaves with crusty bread for a great summer meal. ENJOY! |
