2 cups milk 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup quick-cooking tapioca 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1 teaspoon vanilla extract DIRECTIONS 1. In a medium saucepan, stir together the milk, honey and tapioca. Let it stand for 10 minutes. 2. Place the saucepan over medium-high heat. Stirring frequently, bring the mixture to a boil. Continue to cook and stir for 3 more minutes. 3. Remove from heat. Add the chocolate morsels and vanilla. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Serve warm or cold. ENJOY! |
