BANANA PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS

4 bananas
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 egg
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt



DIRECTIONS

1. Peel the bananas and mash through a potato ricer or a colander. Put in a mixing bowl and add the milk and well-beaten egg.

2. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into the mixture and beat until smooth.

3. Fry on a hot, greased griddle. You can make them oblong to look like bananas. Serve with syrup.
