Chocolate Liqueur Cups
In a small heavy saucpan, melt 1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate pieces (can be
microwaved). Stir constantly over low heat
till chocolate begins to melt. Remove from heat and stir till smooth.
With
a small paintbrush, brush about 1/2 teaspoon melted
chocolate onto bottoms and sides of 20 foil candy cups. Wipe off any
chocolate that runs over the top. Chill till hardened and remove the foil cups from inside the chocolate shells.
To
serve: pour a small amount of liqueur into each chocolate cup. This can be any sweet
liqueur such as Kahlua, chocolate liqueur, creme de
menthe, peppermint schnapps, fruit brandies, or blended liqueurs such as
Grand Marnier.
