Natalie Cole has been able to establish a successful singing career in both R&B/Contemporary and jazz-based pop. Her first recording deal with Capitol produced such hits as "This Will Be, "Inseparable," "Our Love," and "I've Got Love on My Mind." She stayed with Capitol until 1983, and then switched to Epic. She scored more hits with "Jump Start," "I Live for Your Love," "Over You", "Pink Cadillac," and "When I Fall in Love," a number her father recorded in 1957.
She also has television and film credits "Lily in Winter", "Always Outnumbered", and "Freak City".
She was divorced from 'Andre Fischer' in 1995 and divorced from 'Marvin Yancy' in 1980 - they have one son.
