Lance is the bass singer in the band. While in the 8th grade. he auditioned for a spot with the Mississippi Show Stoppers and performed with this group out of Jackson, Mississippi. He later became a member of a competition choir called Attache. His first job as an entertainer was dressing up as a dog named Poo-Fu and promoting the dog's book. As a serious student, it was difficult to leave school and move to Orlando to join the newly formed N'SYNC. He prefers to stay in the background and is said to be a stabilizing influence on the group. When not performing, he enjoys sports and video games.
