Pumpkin Bundt Cake

INGREDIENTS

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup apple or orange juice
4 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
Powdered sugar


DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10" bundt pan. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the pumpkin, oil, juice, eggs and vanilla together. Stir into the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in the nuts and raisins. Pour into the bundt pan and bake 55 to 60 minutes. Turn out of pan to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
