5 cups Corn, Rice or Wheat Chex cereal 2 cups oyster crackers 2 cups pretzel sticks, broken in half 1 cup dried cranberries 2 cups salted cashew halves 1/2 cup melted butter 1 (1.2 oz) pkg Italian dry salad dressing mix DIRECTIONS Heat oven to 300 degrees. Combine the cereal, crackers, pretzels, cranberries and nuts in a large roasting pan. Stir the melted butter and salad dressing together in a mixing bowl. Pour over the the cereal mixture and toss to coat. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until lightly browned. Stir twice during baking. Cool and store in tightly covered containers. ENJOY! |
